Santa Monica, CA - September 2008- GO Campaign, an initiative of TunaHAKI Foundation, is a youth-driven nonprofit giving opportunities to children across the globe. GO connects kids here to kids in developing countries, giving kids here the chance to make a real difference in the lives of their counterparts across the globe.
With the launch of the GO Campaign website (www.gocampaign.org), adults and children alike have the chance to raise awareness of the orphan and vulnerable child crisis in the world, and to support grassroots organizations of their choice in countries such as Cambodia, Kenya, Malawi and Tanzania. Soon GO is adding projects in Guatemala, Peru, Rwanda, and other developing countries. 100% of all donations go to projects on the ground.
GO Campaign cuts out the red tape and connects donors with deserving and under-funded grassroots projects helping kids in need. GO encourages our youth to do more, offering them learning tools for the classroom, and the opportunity to start their own personal or group fundraising pages for the project of their choice. GO will be adding more interactive features in the months to come, encouraging youth to write essays, draw pictures, ask questions, enter contests, etc, as a part of engaging our youth into the world of social change.
