The GO Campaign Volunteer Youth Advisory Board brings together rising visionaries who care about the world we live in and want to make a positive change in their communities and around the world.
Volunteer Youth Advisors are students ranging from 7th graders to college seniors. They receive hands-on leadership experience by working with GO Campaign's staff in service of the GO community, bringing our mission to life. The 6-month program (January through June) is comprised of bimonthly Zoom meetings where Youth Advisors build a deeper understanding of the non-profit field, meet GO's Founder & CEO Scott Fifer, and hear from Local Heroes doing the work on the ground in their communities.
Even more impactful, Youth Advisors lead projects in partnership with GO such as developing marketing plans for Local Heroes, coordinating back-to-school drives, creating social media content and bringing exciting new perspectives to the many facets of our work. The program requires a fundraising goal and offers the opportunity for participation in high profile events.
We are seeking self starters who are passionate about making real change and want to help us imagine new ways to inspire a new generation. If you are ready to ignite change, please apply here.
Interested applicants should submit materials for consideration for this role by January 31, 2024. Interviews will take place via Zoom during the week of February 5, 2024. Orientation will begin the subsequent week.
