Biography

Marie-Francois Pierre Saint-Charles is one of the group of survivors of gender violence that founded FAVELIK, a women’s association in Haiti created in November 1994 to provide assistance to women and girls ages 15-25 experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, or other forms of abuse. 

As an organization working to protect and promote women right in Haiti, FAVILEK joins hand with human right and social organizations in Haiti in their work of transforming lives of women, their children, and their communities.
