MILAN NARULA
Biography
Milan Narula is on Orange County’s Top 100 Most Influential People List for 2018. A sophomore at University High School, Milan is a cheerleader, UHS Senator, and class council member. Milan was chosen to represent her school this year at the Hugh O’Brien (HOBY) State Leadership Seminar. She was selected for Cal State Fullerton’s Project MISS in 2018 and UCI’s Girls IgniteIT in 2016. In 2015, Milan began volunteering with Intervention Center for Early Childhood, caring for developmentally delayed children. In 2016, she began tutoring homeless children with School on Wheels, where she has consistently volunteered for more than two years at a domestic violence shelter in Irvine. Milan has also volunteered with KidWorks, a center in Santa Ana for at-risk youth; the Orange County Rescue Mission in Tustin; the Thomas House in Garden Grove; and Operation Be Kind, distributing more than 100 bags of school and emergency supplies to children in need.
