Biography

For more than two decades, Nicole Landers has been an advocate for environmental and human health issues. Her mission is to guide the next generation into meaningful action. A marketing and eco maverick in sustainability, Nicole has more than 15 years of experience working with consumer brands, clean tech, green building and non-profits in the LOHAS marketplace. In 2015, Nicole co-founded and launched a non-profit, Community Healing Gardens (CHG) creating sustainable communities through urban gardens, providing food for those in need and educating the community about the urgency of human and planetary health. Working with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) starting with a middle school in Watts, CHG is transforming the only middle school in one of the top under-resourced communities in Los Angeles.
