Pavel Garcia’s mission to improve his neighborhood and the lives of all the residents there. Since his childhood, Pavel liked to organize events and bring people together. He said, "I am pleased to see how humans can come together in meetings, competitions; transcend their rivalries and become a team." He stared Barrio Habana as a social project with the aim to help youth avoid dangerous behaviors.
